Dated Western hotel features a chic interior design. Room quite small and a bit outdated. Maybe okay for 1 night stay. Bed and pillow are not as comfortable. Quite room. Convenient located next to Namba station and few minutes away from major shopping street, near Dotonbori. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, maybe not to have a large portion of food bought out at once, so the food stay fresh.

Nice rooms and the location was great for our visit to Universal Studios. We loved the amenities provided in the hotel room. Only issues was the bathroom was small and the breakfast was okay.

Staff were endlessly courteous and welcoming. Our themed room entertained us, everything was maintained to a good standard. My partner enjoyed the food, and the hotel made a great effort to accommodate my dietary request, but I found the vast quantities of food offered, overwhelming. We were there for Godzilla, and we were not disappointed.

"Very clean, new hotel. The airport shuttle service was great and super convenient. The hotel itself is only a short walk from the train line so it is easy to get to from Osaka City. Lawson convenience on the same floor as the lobby. Great stay!"
